- Who we are
- MyPaystrax LLC, 1451 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida, USA. We are the controller of the information you give us through this site. Contact: partner@mypaystrax.com.
- What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, work email, phone or messaging handle, company name and website, sector, and the business figures you choose to share (processing history, volumes, chargeback, fraud and refund ratios). We also receive basic technical data any website receives, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs. We never collect cardholder data, and this site takes no payments.
- Why we use it
- To assess whether your business is a plausible fit, to reply to you, and to prepare a pre-approval file where you ask us to. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
- Who we share it with
- Paystrax UAB, only after you have agreed that we may, to request a pre-approval for your business. Service providers that host this site or deliver our email, under terms that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
- How long we keep it
- For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and for the period the law requires after that. Ask us and we will delete what we are not obliged to keep.
- Your rights
- You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR. Write to partner@mypaystrax.com.
- Cookies
- This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Changes
- If we change this policy we will update this page and its date.
